A How can the train effects be guaranteed？
Q When we communicate for the first time, the trainer will learn about the age, gender, raise methods, living environment, the aspects necessary changes for your dog, still what goals you want to achieve after the dog is trained, you only give us objective answers, the trainer will get a basic assessment, then give some advices on the selections of training class and courses.
During training, the way of our humanized positive training and stimulating the family breeding environment, in which the dog and person live together allows visiting your dog at school at will. Hence, you can communicate your ideas with the trainer, on the other hand, the trainer will tell you some professional knowledge about dog training, report the recent progress, and supply the training plan of next phase. If you don’t have enough time to visit school and communicate with trainer, we will send the video through WeChat, communicating with you on the internet with you in details.
What we will supply during the training are: both the ideas and the training methods you agree with.
Meanwhile, we will sign training contract, in which there will be training periods and contents, we will keep the promise to our clients of reimbursement if the training fails to attain the goal since the school was set up.

A Can we visit the dog during the training period？
Q 24-hour open, only if you are available, welcome to visit dog, view and emulate the training, as well as communicate with our trainers.
A Can the training be continuous if the goal is achieved but not so ideal without reimbursement after training？
Q If the goals are achieved, the training will go on with additional fees. If the goals failed, the training will go on for free.
