Q Refund or supplement. You can apply for supplement for extended foster service or reimbursement at Alipay, otherwise, you can pay in cash at the center.

 

A Will the center supply the baths for the dogs？

Q For the dog fostered or trained for full of 15 days, we can supply the bath service for free; for below 15 days, the fee will be charged.

 

A How will the pick-up & sending fee be charged？

Q The price will vary on the distance, ￥100 RMB for one round or the distance within 30 km from the center, ￥5 RMB more per km will be charged over 30 km.
