Wei Zhengzhu was born in 1980, and served in the training demonstration class of the army dogs in the CPLA military area base of Heilongjiang Province in 2000. During the service as a soldier, he was awarded twice and once third-class due to merits, practical and excellent training courses of dogs. Thus, he was appraised and elected as "perfect soldier", then joined in the CCP. After retirement from 2002, owing to the pursuit and research for the training technology, and aiming to be an excellent professional trainer, he learned courses of the compliance, protection, quarantine, explosion search, action and explosion from the training specialists from German, Netherland and England. From 2004 to 2006, he was in charge of the quarantine at the Shanghai Pudong international airplane and the explosion-search in Jinmao Tower and Westin Hotel, receiving the confirmation and good reputation from the cooperation party. 

He has started to conduct the training and research of the partner dog in the family since coming to Beijing in 2006. He established the Beijing Ai Sijia Pet Taming & Breeding Center in 2009, which dynamically integrates the compliance stability and solidity of working dogs with psychological guidance, behavior shaping and cultivation of domestic companion dogs, i.e., the training model combining professionalization with humanization, which gets effects instantly to solve the worried problem of pets’ parents: dogs obey to the trainer rather than the master after training.

At present, the dogs enter the city family and play as important roles, such as the companion, view and admiration, performance, defense, safeguard and medical treatment. With the popularization of knowledge to raise dogs, people have changed a lot on the ideas and cognitions to dogs, and can be rational to consider and cultivate the dogs. Therefore, whether the dog is trained professionally will affect the harmonious relationship with the family member. Thus, we will pay attention to the owner's ideas and ways of training.
